Affected by the continuous high temperature weather, the load of the power grid in Liushi has been steadily increasing. At 2:25 pm on July 20th, the highest electricity load in Liushi reached 380000 kilowatts, breaking last year's highest load of 363000 kilowatts and setting a new historical record. At present, the power supply and consumption in the whole town are basically balanced, and the power grid supply is stable and reliable. In May of this year, the total electricity consumption in Liushi Town was 117 million kilowatt hours, an increase of 11.43% year-on-year. Among them, industrial electricity consumption increased by 13.33% year-on-year, reflecting the gradual stabilization of our city's economic development. In June, the total electricity consumption of the whole society was 148 million kilowatt hours, a year-on-year increase of 24.67%, and industrial electricity consumption increased by 23% year-on-year, indicating a clear trend of economic recovery. Under the comprehensive leadership of the Liushi Town Government, all departments in the town have coordinated and cooperated, and significant results have been achieved in epidemic prevention and control. The resumption of work and production has steadily advanced, and the local economy has accelerated its recovery. During this period, the Liushi Power Supply Station fully implemented various price reduction measures, accurately implemented phased policies to reduce electricity costs, and escorted economic development with "full power service". From February 1st to June 30th, all electricity users in the city who implement general industrial and commercial electricity prices, as well as large industrial electricity prices, except for high energy consuming industries, will be uniformly settled at 95% of the original user electricity price level. According to statistics, more than 25000 households in the Liushi area are eligible for a 5% discount on electricity prices. As of July 13th, the total amount of electricity fee reductions reached 12.58 million yuan.
